It’s the summer holidays and time to get the kids in the kitchen!! Assorted sizes of banana pancakes made by my little 🐒 taste YUMMY 😋
She even made ROCK PEOPLE to share them with 😂 It’s so easy my 5 year old made them!
LETS DO THIS
Mash in a bowl 1 super ripe banana & add the following:
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
3/4 cup of plant based milk (I like walnut or almond the best)
In a separate bowl combine 1 cup of unbleached flour & 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder.
Whisk all ingredients together and let it sit in the fridge for 5 mins!
Spray a pan with coconut oil and get flipping!
Garnish with your favourite fruit and syrup!
