10 Minute Pesto – I kid you not!


Straight from the farmers market and into a jar for tomorrow’s  dinner!

Prepare ahead and make it easy on yourself 🤪

Pop it all in a blender!

Bunch of Fresh Basil leaves

1 cup Pine nuts

1 cup of nutritional yeast

2 Tablespoons of Bee Free Vegan Honey

3 cloves garlic

Half a squeezed lemon

1/2 cup Grapeseed oil or Olive oil

Add water until you reach desired consistency

I simply sautéed some mushrooms and baby courgettes with garlic and a splash of Tamari
